The homemade spicy diced pork was amazing! Tender enough and very flavourful! The salty egg lava French toast was even better! Crunchy exterior, pillowy interior with sweet and savoury salted egg filling. Absolutely stunning and delicious! The tentacles and fries were good. Great service and laid-back atmosphere for an early (pre-6pm) dinner. Highly recommended!

Good HK cafe restaurant with Afternoon Tea specials and combos. Beautiful decor, great service. Good food, generous portion. No water/tea provided upon seating. Overall good taste and quick service. Good salted egg deep fried fish skin. Haianese Chicken Rice doesn't come with soup and we got wing tip and wings (lots of bones, not a lot of meat) and chicken was quite old.

[Update May 20, 2025: Their milk tea continues to give you a surprise. It seems that the tea mix is adjusted. It tastes very well]. Visited this cafe for the first time. Grabbed a pan fried thin beef steak with scrambled eggs, etc. as my dinner. Remember to visit the cafe and place your order before 5.30pm so that your meal will include a hot coffee or a hot milk tea without an extra charge. This will also make the meal (price plus tax and tips) more affordable. The steak is well pan fried. Its texture is tender and easy to chew. The bread is also well toasted. The scent of the butter is pleasant. However, I would recommend using salted butter, which may augment the toast to another level. The scrambled eggs are smooth but a bit old. The milk tea surprisingly strikes a good balance between the taste of tea and the evaporated milk. It also offers a dense texture, which is my favourite. The aftertaste of the tea may probably show that a mix of tea leaves are applied. The attendants are friendly and diligent. The cafe is clean and spacious. The space between tables is also reasonable. A star is withheld as I would see improvements in my next visit. After all, welcome this cafe to the Richmond Hill / Markham area. It will soon become a favourite cafe of many people.

This cafe was recommended by my old colleague. Thanks for his recommendation! The cafe serves Hong Kong style combo, such as Satay beef rice noodles with Hong Kong style ice lemon tea and Egg sandwich. The price is reasonable and the portion is large. The wok fried beef rice noodles is the best in Toronto area. It has the “hot” temperature (which shows freshly made individually) and a smoky taste! This is a very high standard of chef cooking skill! It totally reproduced the dish from Hong Kong to Toronto! Kudos to the chef!

Food was decent. Our table ordered three dishes (only took pictures of two), baked chicken steak with tomato sauce on fried rice, black pepper chicken steak spaghetti, hainan chicken on flat rice noodles. The sauces were good on the chicken steak dishes. Tomato sauce was thick and creamy. Hainan chicken would have been better with a side of rice because the rice noodle and broth had very little flavour.

Tried this new HK cafe and was really pleased with the food. The baked rice dishes were very good. Portions a generous size. The tomato sauce is a touch sweet but it's not tinny or tomato soupy like some other places. The chicken steak was cooked very well. Tender and juicy. Fyi that the baked rice dishes come with cheese on top. Other HK cafes offer this as an option to add cheese for additional cost but this cafe already has it included. I like cheese on my bake rice so this is appealing to me but if you're not a cheese lover, reminder to ask them to leave it out. The unfortunate thing for me was that there seemed to be a lot of flies buzzing around but there is high traffic for this restaurant so hopefully it's BC of the doors always opening and closing. Overall, food here is really good. The menu offers great selection and I like how many noodle dishes offer a choice of chicken and beef (important for someone like me who can't eat beef).
